I offer everything from a quick exterior refresh to a complete full-service cleaning. Most of my customers choose full-service because it covers everything in one visit. But I’ll help you figure out what makes sense for your home.

Full-Service Window Cleaning

This is what most of my customers choose. I clean every window inside and out, detail the tracks and sills, and clean your screens. When I’m done, your windows are truly clean, not just the glass you can see from the street.

Exterior Window Cleaning
For maintenance between full cleanings.
If you just need the outside done, this is the option. I recommend it for customers on a service plan who want a quick refresh between their full-service cleanings.

Interior Cleaning
When the inside needs attention. Fingerprints, pet smudges, cooking film. Shoe covers, floor protection, zero drips.
Can be added to exterior or booked separately.
Track & Sill Cleaning
Window tracks collect dust, debris, dead insects, and moisture. I vacuum and wipe everything down.
Included with full-service. Add-on for exterior only.
Screen Cleaning
The details matter. I remove each screen, clean it thoroughly, and reinstall it properly.

Hard Water Removal
Iowa has some of the hardest water in the country. Professional-grade restoration compounds, no scratching.
$50-300 depending on severity. Free spot treatment for plan members.
Post-Construction Cleaning
For new homes that need more than builder cleanup.

Everything. I clean all windows inside and out, detail the tracks and sills, remove and clean screens, and wipe down frames. When I leave, your windows are completely clean, not just the visible glass.

For exterior-only, no. For interior cleaning, yes. I’ll coordinate a time that works for your schedule.

Most homes take 2-4 hours depending on size and service level. I’ll give you a time estimate when I quote the job.

Service plan members get a 7-day rain guarantee. If it rains within a week, I’ll come back and touch up the exteriors at no charge.

Yes, in most cases. Hard water removal is a separate service using professional restoration compounds. Results depend on how long the buildup has been there. I’ll be honest about what’s achievable before we start.

Yes. I have equipment to safely reach most residential windows. If your home has unusual access challenges, I’ll let you know during the quoting process.

I can handle storm windows and most historic window configurations. These take more time, so pricing is adjusted accordingly.
